Santa wants your visit to be merry and memorable

Please be prepared for the following prior to your visit:

Provide the name and phone number of an event guest; be sure their phone is on and they are available for communication
Have a special place for Santa to park that is very close to the entrance of event (Santa only flies his sleigh on Christmas Eve, when he arrives he will be driving a motor vehicle)
Have someone outside and ready to meet Santa – to show him the way and to help load toys into his sack if needed
Plan your space for Santa to be able to make a "Grand Entrance" – have everyone gathered and participating in a common task such as singing
Place Santa's Chair in the best available spot for photos (be sure this area has enough surrounding room for group photos)
Place payment for Santa in a Christmas Card to prevent a child from witnessing the transaction
At the end of the event, keep children together and occupied to give Santa a few minutes for his departure
